Terms of Service
These terms cover nebulagames.ch, superpositionvr.com, playbombvr.com and arcaneriftvr.com, and the small browser games on them. Using any of those sites means you accept what is written here. If you do not, please do not use them.
Our games are bought and played through stores we do not run — Steam and the Meta Quest Store. Those purchases are governed by that store’s terms, not by these. See Buying and playing our games below.

Using these sites
The sites are free to browse. There are no accounts, no sign-ups and no purchases on them, so there is nothing to register for and nothing to cancel.
Please do not:
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the sites or anything behind them
- scrape or bulk-download them beyond ordinary reading, or ignore robots.txt
- use them to distribute malware, or to break the law
- copy our art, trailers, logos or copy and present them as your own
The browser games
Each site has a small game near the bottom of the page. They are free, they are toys, and they are provided as they are. Your best score is kept in your own browser and never sent to us — clearing your browsing data clears it. We may change or remove them at any time.
Buying and playing our games
You cannot buy anything here. Our games are sold and delivered by the stores that list them:
- Superposition VR — on Steam, operated by Valve
- Bomb VR — free on the Meta Quest Store, operated by Meta
Payment, delivery, refunds, the licence to play the game and any account you use are matters between you and that store, under their terms and their refund policy. We cannot process a refund for a purchase we never took.
Superposition VR is in Early Access. That means it is playable but unfinished: content, features and balance will change, and we do not promise any particular feature will arrive or survive. Buy it for what it is today rather than for what it might become.
What belongs to whom
The games, their art, music, trailers, names and logos are ours or licensed to us, and stay that way. You may share screenshots, clips, reviews, videos and streams of our games, including monetised ones — we would like you to. What you may not do is pass our work off as your own, sell it, or use our names and logos in a way that suggests we endorse or are involved with something we are not.
Links to other places
These sites link out to Steam, the Meta Quest Store, LinkedIn and others. We do not control those and are not responsible for them. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you arrive.
Privacy
What the sites collect, who it goes to and how to opt out is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
No warranty, and the limits of what we owe you
The sites and the browser games are provided “as is”. We do our best to keep them accurate and available, but we do not guarantee they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that anything on them is complete or current.
To the extent Swiss law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using these sites. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — and if you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything written here.
Children
Bomb VR is a family game and we expect younger visitors. These sites ask nobody for personal information. Age limits for buying or playing a game are set by the store and the headset, not by us.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and material changes will move the date below. Last updated .
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, and the courts of Zürich have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim somewhere else.
